Dealing with an attack while on the job

Hi all,
My doctors hesitate to call what I've got going on IBS because nausea is my number one symptom, but I usually deal with constipation on a regular basis. Every couple of months or so, though, diarrhea rears its ugly head--usually when I'm not at home. I've been very careful with my diet for the past year, but over the weekend I ate some chocolate cake for my birthday. I also noticed my constipation was worse than usual, so I took two Ducolex. At five in the morning I woke up with horrible nausea and stomach cramping, but no bowel movement. By the time I got to work, though, the movements started happening. I just had full-fledged diarrhea about an hour ago (out came my lunch, which was brown rice and a sweet potato). I can't go home--I have no sick time left and I've already been on probation for excessive absences. So far I've taken Bentyl and Zofran. What do the rest of you do when you're at work and an attack flares up? Thanks!
