How to tell which type of fiber is in a food

Hi! I recently discovered that IBS, and I just finished reading through "The First Year IBS." It was incredibly helpful. However, I have a question about how to find out whether a food contains insoluble or soluble fiber when you are just reading the nutrition facts. My mom and sister are both gluten intolerant, so we cook with a lot of alternative flours, such as buckwheat, teff, and sorghum. They all have a lot of fiber, but I don't know which type.

Can you help me with this? Thanks!
