Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards

I have a really embarassing problem. I went in recently to see my doctor because I have been feeling like I have to pee all the time (even after I have peed). They did an exray and a cat scan and told me I have a large mass on or around my right ovarie but they don't know what it is and it will probably have to be removed. When I was 6 years of age I suffered severe constipation. I was desprete to get it out. So I began I insert my finger in to my rectum in order to make myself go. I clogged the toliet in the hotel room from using so much toliet paper. My family never let me live it down. I am 34 years of age and to this day my family still makes jokes about it around the dinner table. I can't go poop or expell gas with out doing this procedure. Tommorrow I am going to see my gyn about the ovarian mass. I am terified that I damaged my ovaries from my anal probing. I am going to die from embarassment if anyone finds out about this. My other symptoms besides the urgency to urinate are abdominal pain, nausua and severe constipation. I have already been told that it is not ovarian cancer and they don't think its fibroids. I'm really scared. Has anyone else had problems such as this?
