I was given Librax just a few days ago and when my nausea goes to extremes one pill helps give me some relief. I've noticed in my experience that spastic colon (which is what i've been diagnosed with) can give you nausea, sometimes really bad. Maybe ask the doctor for a trial of that because it's supposed to calm down the smooth muscles. I can't take it long term because of my IBS-C but it's a short term helper.
