I'm back on only soluble fiber foods for a while.

I do have to tell you a very interesting and scary story about my niece though.
She has had previous surgery for abnormal cells on her cervix about a year ago.
She went for an annual check up and her so called doctor told her he saw a tumor which he was sure was cancer and told her to set up with the surgeon for a biopsy.
Of course we all were traumatized. Researched a different doctor ( I am lucky to know someone who has done medical billing for many years and knows a lot of doctors)
She went to this new doctor today and was told- Sorry I don't see any tumor, only that your cervix is flat due to the previous surgery. But we will take a biopsy anyway and I am sure you don't have anything to worry about unless the cells like before returned. Then we will just remove them again.

So I guess the stress of all that added to my problem
