I was surprised by the Boost too. At the time, I hadn't found this website and was still eating lactose-free dairy. So I didn't think to ask any questions. The liquid (TriLyte) is supposed to come with flavor packets. My instructions are to drink a total of 64 ounces the morning of, starting at 6:00 am. So not only will I be miserable, but I have to get up way earlier than normal to be miserable. Did you drink the stuff the morning of? WHen my mom had her, it was done in the morning and she drank the stuff the night before. The more I think about the veggie broth, the more I think it might help sooth since it'll be warm. Thanks.
