Natural Calm with Calcium - Anyone use? Does it Work?       04/24/07 07:30 AM Edit Reply Quote cosmo Reged: 04/23/07 Posts: 3 I looked up the info. on Natural Calm and noticed that they also offer Natural Calm with Calcium. I'm thinking this may be better for me as I am lactose-intolerant and don't get much calcium. Trouble is the amount of magnesium in this version is half that in the regular Natural Calm (300 mg vs. 615 mg). Has anyone tried this with any constipation relief/success?
