imcomplete bm? sorry if tmi       01/25/07 03:17 PM Edit Reply Quote cacao Reged: 01/19/07 Posts: 43 well i'm attempting BTC, but i messed up here and there because i'm impatient and im pretty impulsive when it comes to food. grab, shove, chew, swallow. (chocolate and some chicken <.<) i've been eating pretty much plain food, white rice, white bread or oatmeal. i add grounded flax seeds to my oatmeal and i take activia yogurt though. i drink about 8 cups of water. for these two days that ive tried the BTC and about half an hour after i eat the oatmeal with flax, i have a BM, but it feels incomplete? does that mean i should add more sf or if? or both? im currently on 1 tsp of acacia(started acacia before btc)... i think i might add another half tsp of acacia today...should i be adding? thanks!
