Questions on fiber       01/19/07 07:03 PM Edit Reply Quote cacao Reged: 01/19/07 Posts: 43 hi, i'm new to posting on the board, but i haven been browsing around for a bit. i was wondering if you guys experience bloating or a big belly or anything like that from all the fiber you take. i'm ibs a, c predominant so i was wondering if all the fiber + water makes you look pregnant or have caused you to buy new pants, not due to weight gain, but all the bulk in your stomach? i've always had an immense fear of fiber supplements since they've made my IBS worse in the past, but my gastro insists that i go on a high fiber diet and slowly add in fiber supplements. also i'm wondering if there are any asians on this board since im an asian teen with parents that are supportive but don't quite understand because i have problems communicating and translating and i need some help with getting my parents to understand Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
