IBS-C Hi Sidewalker, You might get C travelling to whereever you' re going. You won't necessarily get C while you're there, unless you completely deviate from your diet. Bring some Miralax or your favorite osmotic laxative with you just in case. Are you going on a camping out, living off the land type deal? I've done that lots!
