Hi Penpal, I'm 3/4 Irish myself, just my last name, Kolkka,is Finnish(My Dad's Dad was pure Finn). I nuke my McCann's Irish oatmeal. However, when I go camping or to a reenactment I will be cooking my oatmeal in a mucket. I'm interest to see how its going to taste. I always kid a Scottish good friend of mine about having a garbage disposal unit for a stomach<laugh>. -Bob
