Barley Flakes       01/23/06 10:07 AM Edit Reply Quote penpal Reged: 01/19/06 Posts: 56 Loc: Pacific Northwest I made some barley flakes for breakfast yesterday and they were yummy. I cooked them the same as rolled oats. The flavor is a bit similar to oatmeal, but a little chewier. I seem to be tolerating barley ok and it's a nice SF alternative to oats.
