Whole wheat pastas       01/21/05 09:08 AM Edit Reply Quote AllisonL Reged: 01/19/05 Posts: 54 Loc: Chapel Hill, North Carolina For people who are C, do you eat whole wheat pastas or regular? I love whole wheat but stopped eating it according to heather's diet. But I think I really need as much fiber as I can get. What about breads? I was eating Spelt bread for a while, then switched back to whole wheat, now am with multi grain. I just cant do white, i think it tastes like a donut and doesnt have enough fiber.
