Thank you to everyone who replied to my question. First, I am not pregnant. I have had this problem before. Actually, I tried to switch to Acacia using the same dose and felt horrible after several days of doses. I think my body just gets used to a specific amount/kind of SF, and if I increase too quickly, everything just runs right through me- especially if I am already not feeling well. The same thing happened when after 5 years of 2 scoops per day I tried to increase and did so by adding a 1/2 scoop before lunch and bedtime. After about three days-WOW- I felt yucky. I hate being off it. Do not feel too bad the past couple of days, but will start working my way back up after family leaves town in case I feel bad. I know the substance is soothing, but it can also makes things move a little too quickly if you are sensitive to it. Thanks again to all of you-
