I am married and the mother of two children. I have a very demanding and busy schedule as the primary caregiver of my children, the owner of a retail business, and President of the family carpentry and woodworking business. I have had IBS since I was young. It's usually triggered by high fats, carbonation, and stress. To relieve stress, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, working with animals, reading, and painting.
