hi everyone,
I had tried yoga before on my own, and it felt great and I fell in love, so I was doing it daily, but I had my first formal yoga lesson yesterday, and it pretty much quadrupled that feeling! I felt really, really good! And wouldn't you know it, the colon came up in lesson. The instructor sees exhales as massages for the organs. I think yoga is going to be a big part of my life from now on. If anyone is interested in where I had this revelation, it was in Baltimore, MD (Active Awareness Studio at 27th & Maryland Ave. is having an open house thru March 14th) So, I highly recommend yoga to everyone, especially people who are doing all the right things with diet and medicine and are not finding relief. Yoga made me feel better physically as well as left me with no option but to relax and feel good about myself personally. Enjoy!
