I'm new at this, so I'm not sure if this is something I'm eating or not, but I've got the books that Heather's written and I've been reading them... so far, nothing can get rid of the diarrhea I'm having.. it doesn't seem like diarrhea when it happens, but it's very green in color and very odd... it's been happening for weeks now and the doctors aren't telling me a thing.. they refuse to test it... what to do??? Help!

I had the same problem for months. My doctor sent me to a specialist because my dad passed away from colon cancer a few years ago and they were being cautious since everything else was coming back normal. My specialist told me to take a fiber supplement (I take Benefiber) once a day and it has helped me so much. Every once in awhile a food will trigger me but as far as everyday I'm soooo much better!!!!

I was in the same situation. Doctors didn't take my diarrhea seriously for 4 years. And when they deigned to have some tests done I didn't even have a clear diagnosis, but they just "ruled out" illnesses... I use Imodium to control my diarrhea when I get it. Have you tried it?

The green colour may be due to malabsorption ie your not absorping a particular foodstuff and it's causing irrtiation.
