Can anyone recommend some good Beginning Yoga material for a self-learner?

It's needed for a relaxation program and will probably be run past a cardiologist for approval. I'll be seeing the doc, within a couple of weeks.
He's helping with a smoking cessation program, also. Any suggestions for the Yoga resource would be greatly appreciated.

I really, really like Cyndi Lee's OM yoga in a box "kit". The program isn't a video - it's CDs and a set of flash cards with all of the poses drawn out and explained. It sounds like it would be difficult to follow, but it isn't, at all - actually, I used to do a yoga tape, and the CDs are MUCH easier and MUCH less distracting... which is important if you're trying to relax, too.
