What poses are there for gas, leg, and back pains. Mine are killing me.

If you're new at Yoga, look for this oldie - Jane Fonda's Yoga Exercise Workout. It's a wonderful video that I used for years to get a general full body stretch and toning. I recently resurrected it and found it to be unbelievably helpful for my IBS. The workout is broken up into three segments which can be used separately or together (20 minute stretch & tone, 15 minute Sun Salutation, 15 minute relaxation.) This one gets all the kinks out and good old Jane has a very calming voice. I believe this is one of the best beginner yoga videos ever produced - and you don't need to be a "beginner" to continue getting its benefits.
