licorice - yes powerade - not sure what that is gatorade - I think no, but then again not sure green grapes, watermelon, cantelope - these are all insoluble, so eat with care (after soluble fiber base, when stable, etc.) sprite - no - carbonation causes gas jelly - as long as seedless toast - yes, with safe breads beefstew - no - red meat is big trigger tv dinners - I would say no, because they are usually packed with fat and/or lots of preservatives that could be triggers?

The only licorice you should be eating is DGL licorice (deglycyrrhizinated licorice) found in health food stores. It relieves gas pain, increases protective lining in stomach and small intestine with no side effects. You take 1 tablet (make sure you chew it, must mix with saliva) 3 times a day. BETWEEN meals or 20 Minutes BEFORE meals or BEDTIME.
