This recipe is a good snack. I woke up in the middle of the night and the idea just occured to me so I made it, and enjoyed.
Ingredients: 1 Banana (slit down the middle) 1 tsp. brown sugar (or another sugar substitute like maple syrup)
1 serving of instant oatmeal
1 Tbsp. Cocoa 1 Tbsp. Sugar 1 Tbsp. cold vanilla soymilk 1 Cup Warm vanilla soymilk
First, cut a slight into a big banana. Use a teaspoon to gently spread the brown sugar along the whole inside length of the banana. Place the banana in the oven and bake for 5 minutes at 400 dg.
Prepare Oatmeal, the way you normally would, with nothing added. Once the banana is done in the oven place it in the bottom of a bowl. Cover the banana with a single serving of oatmeal. Mash it together or do what you like.
Enjoy with a cup of hot cocoa.
Put 1 cup of vanilla soymilk in the microwave for 1 minute or desired heat. In a cup mix cocoa and sugar and cold soymilk until smooth. Add the hot soymilk to fill.
There you go!

This sounds real good... would make a nice breakfast too.
One question... did you leave the banana in the peel while it was in the oven?

Yes I left the banana in the peel. The idea was just to soften the banana slightly and heat it. But once it was in the bowl the peel was off
