Dear everyone, I am so sorry to burden you all, but I am away from home and forgot to travel with my Recipe Book by Heather. I was wondering if someone could possibly post the recipe for Ginger Peach Chutney (I forget which page number it is) because I would really like to make it and I am 6 hours away from home. I thank you SO much for your time and consideration and I hope to hear from you soon!

Here's the ginger peach chutney recipe:
4 large ripe peaches, peeled, pitted, and diced 2/3 cup fresh pineapple, diced 2 inch chunk of fresh gingerroot, peeled and minced 1/2 cup diced onion 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin 2 tablespoons honey 1/2 cup fresh orange juice salt and pepper to taste
combine all ingredients in a large heavy saucepan and simmer, uncovered, until peaches cook down and liquid evaporates, about 30-40 minutes. Chill for at least one day to marry flavors. Hope that helps!
