For an easy lunch maybe one can try water packed tunafish made with low fat canola mayo. I use SPECTRUM LITE CANOLA OIL MAYO (75% less fat). I also like VEGGY SINGLES soy alternative to cheese. They come in different flavors but I like the American cheese the best.

Yes - great idea! I like Kraft fat free mayo (I spike it with a squirt of fresh lemon juice). For really great grilled tuna sandwiches, use a nonstick skillet and spray the sandwich itself as well as the pan with Pam. Then "fry" until golden crispy and brown. The soy cheese will melt and it's delicious.

I Love tuna!~ I dont use any mayonaise on it though (cant seem to tolerate it too well) I love to mix dried out tuna in my speghetti noodles (yum,yum,yum)

CA you just reminded me - In Italy they serve tuna (the italian variety comes packed in olive oil)with white rice. I would use the water packed one since the italian brand is expensive. Just cook the rice and crumble the tuna over it, use a very good extra virgin olive oil, drizzle as much as you want over it. Serve it at room temp or cold.
