Does anyone know if Trader Joe has a non dairy pudding? Also where can I find Belsoy puddings in the Long Island area? I went online to try to order them but the shipping costs more than the puddings

I'm not sure about Trader Joes........ but you can look for Belsoy at your local health food store.

I don't know about packaged puddings, but what about making your own? Mori Nu (the makers of the silken tofu) have little packages called "Mori Mates" that you just stick in the blender with a package of tofu and voila, there's your pudding. Also, this pudding recipe is really simple and yummy!

And of course don't forget Heather's recipe in EFI. OMG! It makes me weak in the knees just thinking about it! I think I'll have to make some of that this weekend!

Sorry this is a late reply. I just noticed your post. I get ZenSoy chocolate pudding, dairy free, from whole foods and it's delish. It also comes in banana, which I haven't tried.
