As I had mentioned in this thread about soy yogurt & granola I was tell Mags how I was gonna use LF graham crackers as edible spoons for my Silk brand key lime soy yogurt. (also Mags favorite).....
Well, today...... what I did was............take about 6 squares of LF graham crackers and put them in a ziplock baggy. I smashed them all up into little crumbs. Got a 12oz glass put 1/3 of the crumbs into the glass, then 1/2 the 8oz container of Silk brand key lime soy yogurt, 1/3 of the crumbs, then the other 1/2 of the yogurt and finished off with the last 1/3 of the crumbs.
IT WAS YUMMY.... tasted like Key Lime Pie!!!
The reason I'm telling you HOW I did it..... was because it was so pretty in the glass... and Shane did not even know it was soy yogurt!! Another SAFE IBS desert!! You could even add a little fresh fruit to the top for presentation... or a slice of lime and ultra low fat whip cream or maybe a mint leaf?
Will be great for summer time & guests will NEVER know!!

Shell, that sounds awesome! I stocked up on key lime & grahams today so I'm going to try it this week. I'd been thinking of crushing the crackers too, then sprinkling it on top or something. I love your idea! Can't wait to try it this week!
