what are some good cheese substitute brands? i'm interested in slices, mixes, etc. i just tried the alfredo style chReese brand and it was not that tasty at all. i have yet to try their regular version.
I'm hopelessy addicted to cheeses and need some substitutes that are yummy! i'm not much of a cook, but sime things i can manage.
thanks amy

Check out this thread: web page
I've tried the macaroni and chReese by the same company and was equally unimpressed. Nutritional yeast is *not* cheese.

Amy - the SEARCH function at the top of the screen works great. Search ALL FORUMS, type in the word(s) you're looking for, no time limit and GO. It'll bring up all the threads on cheese brands and butter brands.

Soy Garden is another good one. It's made by the same company as Earth Balance and tastes about the same.
