Well looking for something to enjoy on Valentine's Day. Did someone say orange julius?
3 Tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate 2 tbsp nonfat dry rice milk or soy 1 tbsp brown sugar 1/8 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup cold water 4 ice cubes mint leaves optional
In a blender or food processor, combine orange juice, dry milk, sugar, vanilla, water and ice cubes. Whirl for 1 minute or until blended and frothy. Pour into glass top off with mint leaves and serve immediately. Makes one double the recipe for two.
Always enjoy your fruit beverages with a good soluble based diet.

I believe you could, maybe use the juice from frozen strawberries or find strawberry juice concentrate. I love all the flavors of julius including banana/pineapple. Hope you can try it and enjoy this treat.

I just came across another one...thought I would share. I'm sure you could replace other types of juice for the orange.
Top Secret Orange JuliusŪ
1 1/4 cups orange juice 1 cup water 3 tablespoons egg white or egg substitute 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 cup sugar 1 1/2 cups ice
Combine all of the ingredients except ice in a blender and blend on high speed for 15-30 seconds or until the sugar is dissolved. Add the ice and blend for another 10 to 15 seconds or so, until ice is mostly crushed yet still a bit coarse. Makes 2 16-ounce drinks.
