Okay, very confused now. Which fudge recipe is too "loose"? I want my fudge FIRM.

Do the dairy free fudge-the one that doesn't have the carob in it. It is really good.

LOL - I don't know about loose, but the one you found I made, and that wouldn't get firm. But, made a GREAT dipping sauce for bananas - think quickie chocolate fondue type stuff.
I haven't tried the Dairy Free Vegan Fudge yet, but torbetta, Joan, and lovejoy say it's good. That's the one I was wondering how to figure out the fat calories on.
