I have read several times in the Eating for IBS book and the "first year" book that egg noodles are not safe. Are the No Yolks brand safe since they have no egg yolk and are really low in fat? They are also high in protein, which I like. Anyone eat these with success?

I eat No Yolks often and have no problems. My husband loves egg noodles and doesn't even notice a difference in the No Yolks and the regular egg noodles.

I usually eat them with a little smart balance light and parsley. I tend to eat bland foods because some spices don't agree with me. You can season them with anything you like. My husband likes them with smart balance light and a small amount of bread crumbs stired in.
I also make a dish with skinless chicken breast cut in bite size pieces, onions, garlic, salt, pepper, petite cut canned tomatoes and once that is cook I add cooked No Yolks. This is very tasty with hot french or sourdough bread.
