Ingredients: 1/3 c. Honey 1 Tablespoon canola oil Cinnamon
1) Pour 5-6 cups of your cereal in a microwave safe bowl (preferrably glass or ceramic; plastic might not be the best idea)
2) Mix together the honey and canola oil (**MIX WELL**)
3) Add a desirable amount of cinnamon to the honey/canola mixture and stir until mixed in
4) Top cereal with mixture and stir together until the cereal is well coated
5) Put in microwave for one minute, then stir, top with more cinnamon if desired.
6) Microwave another 30 seconds to one minute-- **BEWARE, CEREAL MAY BURN IF LEFT UNATTENDED... WATCH CAREFULLY!!**
**As all microwaves have different heat settings, it is important to stay near this recipe If it burns, it smells REAL bad!
7) Stir mixture and spread out on a cookie sheet... let cool
8) Put into a Ziplock bag, or air tight container... makes a great snack... or great with soy milk
(SIMILAR TO THE HONEY GLAZED SNACK MIX... just a Sarah version )

My husband has Celiac and has to eat gluten-free. He likes Nature's Path Organic WholeO's. They are made from corn and rice. I buy them at a FeelRite market. You could try these as a substitute to Cheerios.
