You can use regular mustard, just will taste a little different. Or leave it out entirely.

I ended up searching google and going this: Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon water
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar -- (or 1/2 white wine, 1/2 white vinegar
1 tablespoon mayonnaise (used vegenaise,no dairy or egg yolk for me!)
pinch sugar
Mix all ingredients.
Yield: "2 tablespoons"
it was ok...I didn't like the taste of the sundried tomatoes...maybe its because of all the preservatives? they are so full of seeds too, maybe I should have used half a can or a can of diced tomatoes? I don't think I messed the recipe up or forgot anything, but something about it made it not that good and just ok. maybe it wasn't having the dijon mustard.
