So I have been making many of the baked good suggested on here from chocolate chip cookies to applesauce cupcakes...but every time I make something new it seems to get extrememly moist (almost soggy you could say) and I have to end up throwing it out...I just made a new batch of banana chocolate chip muffins and I'd like to know what's the best way to keep them fresh for as long as possible?

Do you keep them in the fridge or let them sit out? I keep my baked breads in the fridge and they hold up just fine for two weeks or so.

I too have been trying many recipes. mainly the breads. I slice, wrap in glad wrap, and pop into freezers bags. Can then remove as many slices as you need, or one. Microwave for 10-15 sec and like new.
