I usually eat either, Cereal with soy milk, oatmeal and toast or bagel with PB or tofuti cream cheese. Just looking for a chance. I am senstitive to most fruits and recently have been having trouble with egg whites...do you use egg beaters?

Hi, Have you tried any of Heather's quick breads? I LOVE the Maple Oatmeal Bread! It is wonderful for breakfast (I actually just pulled one out of the oven!). There are many different bread recipes in Heather's cookbook that incorporate veggies (sweet potatoes, carrots) and fruits (berries, bananas, cherries, etc) in them. They really are excellent! I love homemade oatmeal pancakes with syrup. You can make lots on the weekend and freeze them for use quickly during the week. Cornmeal (polenta) is always yummy, especially cooled and cut into half inch strips and sauted with a little onion! I was the one who posted the low-fat/fat-free cinnamon recipe a little while back. I could eat those things all day. If you break away from the traditional breakfast items it makes the mornings just a little bit more interesting. Have fun!

I buy them its the big box at sams there the named brand kind sorry can't think of them black box I think they come like 40 for 5 dollars or something and come with a salt and cimmon packet. You can get the little boxes at wal-mart as well.Spray your pretzel with a little cooking spray after it comes out of the mircowave and the cimmon and sugar will stick. I have my husband and daugther hooked on these now they like honey on theres. Enjoy emmasmom ibs-c
