yummy! sounds good! you could also sub some soy yogurt for the mayo and lime juice for the lemon juice and add some green tabasco sauce (not spicey). You could even throw in some finely chopped red onion and tomato. Also, fresh cilantro tastes WONDERFUL mixed in (finely chopped). Pepper is also a plus. The sauce and veggies may or may not be tolerable, depending on your form of IBS.

It's hot sauce. The green tobasco sauce is made out of jalapenos and the red is made out of cayene. They come in small bottles usually near the BBQ sauces.

Thanks!
That sounds interesting...I love tring new things so I must try it! I hear that cayenne has medicinal properties, so I'll have to give it a go! Is the sauce salty? I find salty foods are bad news for me...too bad cause I love salsa!
Thanks again!
*hugs*

I love guac!!! Went to Mexico for Thanksgiving and over did it on the guac. Those dang Tortilla chips were definitely NOT ibs-friendly.
Here's how we made the guac:
3 avocados, peeled and mashed 3-4 garlic cloves, minced 1-2 tomatos, diced 1/2 onion, diced 1-2 jalapeno peppers, finely diced bunch of fresh cilantro, chopped s&p to taste
Mix and mash together. Add about 1/2 can Salda Verde (comes in little cans near Mexican foods) for a little bit of heat. So yummy!
