I've just bought myself a george foreman grill, love it but looking for marinade ideas. I cant tolerate onions, garlic or tomatoes. I made one the other day using soy sauce and chinese five spice, just wondering if anyone could give me some other ideas or other marvellous things they use their grill for. Ta for now.

You can try a marinade of salt, pepper, and lemon. Another one could be a little olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper, or Montreal spice with a little bit of beer.

You could take a look at this thread for some ideas. You may find you can substitute onion powder for onion and garlic powder for garlic and do okay with them.
You can try this marinade. It's for swordfish but I think it might be good on chicken.
There's a Sauces/Rubs/Marinades/Condiments/Preserves section in the Recipe Index - maybe you'll find something more there.

There is a great pineapple-mustard sauce in Dairy-free cookbook by Jane Zukin. It was listed as a sauce for salmon(which it is GREAT on), but I would try it with the chicken. There is always the tried and true honey mustard. Just put some in a dish and mix. You can make it as sweet as you would like.
1 12oz can unsweetend pineapple(drainded) 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
In blender, puree pineapple. Add mustard. Blend well, keep cold. *I would brush some on as it is about to be done or you could just dip it. You will have to see what works best for you.
