Evaporated/Sweetened Condensed Milk

Is there a way to substitute something for the two mentioned items in a recipe? I would like to figure something out. I use soy milk and soy yogurt so would not want to make the substitute recipe that is usually called for as it uses powdered milk. Or is there a powdered soy milk on the market?? Thanks.

There is a powdered soy milk called "Better than Milk"

I believe when I bought it, it cost about $9.00 or $10.00
I've only used it once, but it did the trick for soy mac & cheese.

Although I've never tried it, I've noticed that Silk soy milk has recipes for both:
Condensed soy milk
Evaporated soy milk
Depending on the recipe, you might not absolutely need to use evaporated or sweetened condensed milk. I try to use plain soy/rice milk if I think I can get away with it, otherwise I use this recipe. It does work -- I even used it in fudge. But then you have to keep pudding mix around, so it might be easier to try the Silk recipes.
As Snorkie mentioned, there is powdered soy milk available, but it can be hard to find and usually expensive. I've only found two kinds -- the expensive kind that I won't buy, and the cheap kind that tastes lousy.
