Helps me not miss coffee so much if I think of this as the fictional drink Klah from my favorite Anne McCaffery books. It isn't bad.
brew soyfee or rocomojo (I have soyfee, but I imagine they are much the same) with a 1/2 or 1/4 tsp of cinnamon (depending on how cinnamony you like things)
add sweetner to taste.
It isn't bad. It's nice and rainy today so it was kind of a homey comfy drink.

I saw that you use Rocomojo. I keep posting to find out exactly which Rocomojo kinds are safe for IBS (can you get the coffee or do you have to get the soy version?)

Actually I have only bought Soyfee so far. Of the Rocomojo you need to just buy the soy one, not the mixed with coffee one. I haven't tried their brand yet, though I imagine it is much the same. I just tried the mocha. It's really the closest to coffee tasting yet. I imagine the same would be for Rocamojo. I couldn't find anyone who might have tried them both to say which is closer, so I just went with one.
