Banana muffin recipe calls for no butter or oil

My kids are crazy about bananas so I made these for them, I love that it calls for no butter or oil. I read the reviews and did as they suggested, used 4 bananas instead of 3 and added some vanilla and cinnamon.

Yeah, they're great - I doubled the recipe so I ended up with 8 RIPE bananas and 4 eggs in the food processor to blend them up before adding them to the dry ingredients. You'd be surprised how much moisture is there!

These are a big hit in my house -- yummy -- easy and very good. I also did it with 4 bananas, vanilla, & cinnamon. I added the walnuts too. There were moist & terrific.
