Anyone eat or cook w/ soy parmesan cheese? If so what brand?

I've seen some recipes call for parmesan, and I think a bunch of people have said the soy parmesan is one of the best cheese alternatives, is this true? What brand do you guys like? I've seen "veggie parmesan" and "rice parmesan" (which actually doesn't have soy).
Any suggestions?

I eat the Veggie Parmesan and I love it. I usually get the reduced fat, and it tastes so much like the real thing. The vegan parm made by the same company (comes in a purple container) is also fantastic.

First I want to say thank you to Kree because as an anonymous user for the past months ihave used many of her receipes and really liked them. Second what is the brand of the soy parmesan you are talking about I haven't been able to find any that I know of even at Whole Foods. Kristen

Kristen, I'm so glad to hear that you've been enjoying my recipes. That makes me feel really good.
I checked, and the soy parm is made by Galaxy Foods. This is what the vegan kind looks like (the only one I could find a photo of). The veggie parm looks the same except with a green label.

Thank you so much I think I did see this at Whole Foods. Your Welcome. My husband thanks you too. He can eat anything never gain a pound and was afraid that my gourmet cooking was gone once I got diagnosed but you have made him happy.

I use the Veggie Parmesan and I think it's great! Tastes so good I make up things to put it on. My favorite thing to use it on is garlic pasta with shrimp.
