have any of the aussies on the board managed to find an angel food cake tin? If so, where, how much and are they non-stick?

Kerrie - The Bakers Catalogue has them. They have a website: www.bakerscatalogue.com or www.bakingcircle.com.

Kerrie - I just posted to Trish about not having to use an angel food pan for angel food cake. Use two loaf pans instead and when you take them out of the oven, turn them on their sides on a cooling rack. When they're cooled, run a knife round the edges and then de-pan. Be careful, they're pretty fragile.
