Hi Trish - I have a WW Lamb, Goat Cheese and Roasted Pepper Calzone recipe. I made it once and it turned out pretty good, but I made some substitutions, which I will note for you. Let us know how it turned out.
Calzones (7 pts made as originally printed) Fat 10.7 gr
1/2 lb ground lamb (I used very lean gr turkey) 3/4 c chopped onion 1/2 tsp minced garlic (I always put in more) 1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning (or use oregano, thyme, basil) 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp black pepper 1 - 10 oz. pkg refrigerated pizza dough (you might have to make your own if this has too much fat in it) 3/4 c soy mozzarella cheese 1/2 c bottled (no oil) roasted red bell peppers, cut into strips 1-1/3 c FF marinara sauce, warmed
1. Preheat oven to 425
2. Cook turkey, onion and garlic in nonstick skillet over med hi heat until turkey is browned, stirring to crumble. Drain, and return mixture to pan. Stir in seasoning, salt and pepper.
3. Unroll pizza crust onto an increased baking sheet. Cut dough into 4 quarters, using a sharp knife or pizza cutter. Pat each quarter into a 6x5" rectangle.
4. Spoon cooked mixture evenly in center of each rectangle. sprinkle w/cheese and red pepper. Bring opposite corners of rect together, pinching to seal. Pinch all seams together to completely enclose mixture.
NOTE: I PUT A LITTLE MARINARA SAUCE INSIDE TOO!
5. Bake at 425 for 13 min or until lightly browned. Serve with remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle with soy parmesan if desired.
4 servings (1 calzone and 1/3 cup sauce)
Let us know how it turns out.

For the pizza dough you might want to buy it fresh (usually in the deli or bakery of the grocery store)or frozen bread dough if the packaged kind has too much fat in it.

I am going to try to make this soon, I might even put chicken in instead of turkey, we don't have a lot of turkey products here in Australia but are big on chicken. Trish
