Hey everybody, I've discovered Pamela's Chunky Chocolate Chip coookies at my grocery store, and they're delicious! Sometimes they're in the health food section. These cookies are made with a rice flour and safflower oil instead of butter. I think the chocolate chips have milk proteins in them and they are higher fat than alot of people can eat (almost 50% of calories from fat), but I haven't had a problem after eating them. However, I don't eat them on an empty tummy and I don't have more than one at a time. To anybody who isn't too sensitive to fats, I highly recommend them for the occasional easy treat!

I've seen them in every health food/co-op store I've been to around here and also a local Northwest chain, Haggen's. I haven't checked the larger national supermarkets. I'll cross my fingers that they are in your area too!

Yes, I've seen Pamela's Brand cookies in lots of HF stores, QFC, Safeway, Thriftway, Fred Meyer, I don't have an Albertson near me anymore so I'm not sure about there.
There is a section on the website that shows other places as well... check it out. web page
