1 cup hot, cooked rice (white or brown) 4 cups hot water Pinch of salt (optional, I used none) Sweetener to taste (if desired, I used none) Vanilla to taste (if desired, I used a teaspoon)
put the ingredients in a tall vessel and blend with a blender until smooth and creamy, discard solids.

Tried this. It turned out good! (I only tasted it fresh out of the blender). How long does it last in the fridge?

I made this and it's good! I've been trying to make rice milk for a while and I found that it's best if the rice is a little undercooked (you wouldn't want to eat it that way, it still has a bit of crunch to it). I used white rice, cooked it for 15 minutes and used immediately.
