I finally made Shirl's tilapia recipe and it was fantastic! It worked out perfectly even for a newbie in the world of fish cooking like me. I actually heated it at slightly lower than medium and didn't cover the pan, because I followed the recipe she has posted on Recipezaar, but otherwise it was the same. You should all give this one a try!
BTW, Shirl, on Zaar you don't specify how many fillets to use, so I went by this one. I just thought I'd let you know in case it was an oversight!

It would be 1 Tablespoon per serving which equals a lot of fat grams!
How is the recipe recipebizzar different from this one?

Wow, Shirl, I just finally got around to trying your tilapia as well...and boy was it good! And effortless too! I just made some jasmine rice in my rice cooker, and cooked the tilapia per your directions. This should make the top-ten quick and easy IBS dinner list!
