Hello all,
Just wondering what mexican seasoning was? I have never heard of it. It was in a rice tortilla recipe I found and I really want to try it. Thanks for any help!

I use taco/fajita seasoning whenever anything calls for mexican seasonings..

it even tastes good sprinkled on white rice.

I would just go to the ethnic aisle of your supermarket and look around. I know Goya makes a few seasoning variations, and I think even Taco Bell has a line of prepared foods that you can look through. Generally, though, if you just want to make your own, I'd play around with Cilantro, Saffron, some hot pepper, garlic and onion powder, and a touch of cinnamon and cumin.
