Turkey bacon blt's. I like to make potatoes with it. You can just get the frozen bag potatoes or hash browns. They are safe and almost FF I think. And use bakery sliced white bread without HFCS. Hellman's Reduced fat mayo is safe and then don't forget the lettuce (leaf or romaine is best) and tomato.
"Blackened" fish Buy Chef Prudhomme's redfish magic spice in the spice aisle and sprinkle on a couple fillets of salmon, mahi mahi, trout or red snapper. Saute in a very hot pan with Pam and a little bit of oil. Let it get dark and then turn and let it get dark on the other side. You can have mango chutney with this too. And of course you still need a couple low fat side dishes/veggies.

"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

I'm a big fan of wraps. I just buy Louis Rich chicken (precooked and sliced!) and throw it in a tortilla with lettuce and tomato, then pour some fat-free Thousand Islands dressing over the top and roll it up!
I also make a lot of Veggie Burgers and Dogs this time of year. They're simple but a lot better than grabbing a bowl of cereal for dinner!
