Lemon Pepper Pasta

I like to use this as a side dish, and the leftovers make a nice light lunch.
Lemon Pepper Pasta
1 pound pasta (your choice of style), cooked
2 T olive oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
chopped fresh basil or dried basil to taste
ground black pepper to taste
soy parmesan to taste
Combine olive oil, lemon juice, basil and black pepper. Mix well and toss with the pasta. Serve hot or cold.

I make something similar to this all the time. I usually don't use basil, just salt and pepper and I just throw a dab of soy butter in with the noodles. The girls love it.
