I was wondering if anyone knows of a safe salad dressing that can be store bought?

There are various safe choices at the store. i don't have them all memorized but I do know that Just 2 Good has a french that is safe and Light Done Right has a safe Italian. Look for the light and fat free varieties and avoid the ones with HFCS and obviously dairy- no ranch or blue cheese. I accidentally bought Kraft FF Italian and it had HFCS. I don't know how I missed it, but luckily I still had the Light Done Right in the fridge.

"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

The Just2Good Italian is also HFCS-free, and it's reasonably tasty too.

I know that we should avoid the HFCS, but is that the same as plain corn syrup? Thanks,

Min, I checked my FF Kraft Italian and I didn't see any HFCS. Maybe it's different in Canada.
