Would love to find recipes for these 2 desserts

I've been on the IBS diet for 2 wks and am finding it very helpful, so I'd really like to find recipes that are OK to eat for 2 of my fav desserts: 1)lemon poppyseed cake/muffins 2)shortbread cookies Thanks!!

Hi - You could simply add poppy seeds to the lemon glazed sticky bread in Eating for IBS. Make in the bread loaf pan or as muffins (can also omit the glaze if you wish). Should be exactly what you're looking for.
Shortbread cookies are nearly impossible to make safe. Their taste and texture come from butter - lots of it. The recipe posted for them on the boards is untested, and I really doubt it would come out anything at all like real shortbread. Sorry...

there is a recipe in the index for cruncy lemon muffins and i actually add a tablespoon of poppy seeds to this recipe and it works great
