Glazed Lemon Pepper Chicken with Potatoes

This dinner is absolutely amazing...
4 chicken breasts 4tbsp honey juice of one whole lemon 2 garlic cloves 1tbsp of dijon mustard 2tsp of black pepper 1lb 10oz of baby salad potatoes.
Slash eat chicken breast 2-3 times. In a shallow dish, mix honey, lemon, garlic, mustard, and pepper. Add chicken and coat. marinate about thirty minutes. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Add potatoes to the chicken and sauce and coat. Roast 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.

This may sound like a silly question, but what are "baby salad potatoes"? Are they canned, or something that is gotten in the produce section?

I actually just use regular potatoes and cut them up into quartered wedges....they have always worked and are super good.

So what did I do wrong? The chicken was done before the potatoes. This happens all the time no matter how small the potatoes are. They just don't cook. BTW, they were baby potatoes.

next time try slicing the baby potatos in halves or quarters.. that way they cook faster.
